Job Description
We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, improve conversions, and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibility
Create, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
Develop campaign strategies for Lead Generation, Sales, Traffic, and Brand Awareness.
Perform audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, copies, and campaign requirements.
Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign scaling.
Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, policies, and best practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
