HIRING FOR QSR OPERATIONS

We are looking for energetic individuals to join our QSR Team.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service counters, kitchen stations, and work areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels during shifts.
Handle customer concerns or complaints politely and escalate when required.
Support team members during peak hours and maintain effective workflow.
Follow opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification:



High School / Higher Secondary or equivalent.
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or QSR( like Mc Donald's, KFC) is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Basic understanding of POS systems is an advantage.
Adaptable to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
