Job Description – Bartender / Mixologist / Barista / Waiter

We are looking for energetic, guest-focused, and well-presented hospitality specialists for the positions of Bartender / Mixologist / Barista / Waiter.

Key Responsibilities

Bartender / Mixologist
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
Have positive knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper bar setup.
Take guest orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
Follow responsible alcohol service and company SOPs.

Barista
Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and other hot/cold beverages.
Operate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
Keep the coffee counter clean, organized, and hygienic.
Provide friendly and efficient guest service.

Waiter / F&B; Associate
Welcome guests and provide professional table service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently.
Explain menu items and make recommendations when required.
Ensure tables and service areas are clean and properly set.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.




Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Follow all service, hygiene, and safety standards.

Candidate Profile
Previous experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, bars, clubs, or fine-dining establishments will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and solid customer-service orientation.
Good grooming and professional appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and versatile shifts.
Freshers with the right attitude and relevant training may also be considered.
