Job Summary

KISH Hospitality Consultant is hiring an experienced Facility Manager on behalf of a reputed Hospitality & Real Estate Company in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh.

The Facility Manager will be responsible for the overall management of facility operations, maintenance, housekeeping coordination, vendor management, safety, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the property.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of the property.
Supervise building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other engineering services.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other operational teams.
Manage vendors, contractors, service providers, and AMC activities.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, hygiene, and statutory requirements.




Control facility-related expenses and monitor operational budgets.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Maintain records, reports, maintenance schedules, and facility documentation.
Handle emergencies and coordinate corrective action whenever required.
Ensure high standards of property upkeep and guest/resident satisfaction.
Lead and motivate the facility management team.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering,

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
