About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Chat Support Executive to manage real-time customer inquiries via live chat and messaging platforms. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues efficiently and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle live chat interactions, answering customer queries accurately and professionally.
Troubleshoot account, product, or order issues while keeping response times under [e.g., 60 seconds].
Escalate complex technical or billing issues to senior teams using standard ticketing tools.




Maintain a standard of service that reflects our brand's voice and customer satisfaction standards.

Mandatory Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years in non-voice customer support, chat support, or ticketing systems.
Typing Speed: Minimum 45+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy.
Communication: Excellent written English grammar, spelling, and tone.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
