Customer Relationship Manager – Fresher

Location: Hyderabad | Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year | Job Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle daily customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and leads.
Follow up with current and existing leads regularly.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Share product photos, prices, offers, and collection details.
Convert leads into store visits and sales.
Maintain and update customer/lead records.
Follow up with previous customers for repeat purchases.
Collect genuine customer feedback and reviews.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
Prepare daily lead and follow-up reports.
Ensure no customer enquiry or follow-up is missed.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Telugu & English.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Valuable customer-handling and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
