Job Description – Electrical Foreman

Position: Electrical Foreman
Salary: 60,000.00 to 70,000.00 INR per month
Food & Accommodation: Provided by the company

Requirements:
Diploma / ITI in Electrical or equivalent qualification.
8–10 years of overall electrical experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory/foreman role, preferably in Solar PV projects.
Solid knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Valuable knowledge of electrical safety standards and site procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance activities at the project site.




Manage electricians and technicians and allocate daily work.
Ensure electrical works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor installation of cables, panels, switchgear, inverters, and other electrical equipment.
For Solar PV projects, supervise PV module, inverter, cabling, earthing, and related electrical installations.
Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site teams.
Prepare daily work progress reports and maintain site records.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
