JD: Functional Knowledge : A) Should have overall understanding of utility Industry and Market dynamics 1) Regulated Markets 2) Deregulated Markets B) The knowledge of utility Business processes and Integration between different areas C) Must have worked for Gas & Electric Utility. Skills : A) Must have the knowledge of CRM for Utilities data model & its correlation with SAP IS-U data model. Must have the knowledge of CRM for Utilities Business objects & its correlation with SAP IS-U & SAP ECC /S4/HANA. Must have the knowledge of CRM for Utilities Technical objects (IBASE) & its correlation with SAP IS-U Must have the knowledge of Contract management & the subsequent process in CRM for Utilities Must have Knowledge in ISU Billing and Device Management tables Must have the knowledge of SAP IS-U master data templates & error handling Must have the knowledge of SAP IS-U Contacts & SAP CRM activities Must have the knowledge of Initial download Must have the knowledge of process in IC-Web Client for Utilities like Move-in Move-out & move-in/out process Meter Reading entry Account information Changes in Business partner & Business agreement Disconnection & reconnection Must have the knowledge of UI Elements & Agent Functions. In addition to these should have the knowledge of Framework customizing Must have the knowledge of IC Web Client Functions / Customizing as well as in Transaction Launcher Must have the knowledge of Product Proposal Contract Management Utilities quotation with price calculation in IC Web Client. Must have the knowledge of Business role - Key Account Manager in IC Web Client Knowledge of Integration of IC Web Client. With CLI& CTI will be an added advantage Knowledge of POD Set/Service Location work bench will be an added advantage B) Must have experience in preparing :Business Design Documents Functional specification documents Test cases C) Hands on experience on all the testing aspects (Integration testing/Functional testing). D) Should able to do estimation based on business requirements E) Must have experience in requirement gathering workshops. F) Should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
