About the Role

We are hiring Sales (Freshers) who can handle inbound/outbound calls, explain products/services to customers, and support the sales team. Training will be provided, so no prior experience is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Convert leads into sales by building positive customer relationships.
Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Share basic product information and assist customers in their buying journey.
Follow scripts and sales guidelines provided by the team.
Achieve daily/weekly calls and sales targets.

Skills Required:




Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Confident, energetic, and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to convince and handle customer objections.
Willingness to learn and grow in a sales setting.

Eligibility:
12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Freshers are welcome — training will be provided.
Must be comfortable with calling and customer interaction.
