We are looking for Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our real estate group.

Job Description:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking property.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers throughout the property purchase journey.
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints effectively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Documentation & Compliance
Verify customer booking documents and KYC records.
Ensure all agreements, application forms, and legal documents are completed accurately.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and sales teams for documentation requirements.
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.

Very positive understanding of Hindi, Marathi & English languages and strong communication skills required.

Minimum 3 years of domain experience.
