TechVigya is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP, GST compliance, and basic accounting practices as per Indian standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP
Handle GST compliance, including return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliation
Monitor and record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
Identify and resolve discrepancies in payments and accounts
Manage billing, invoicing, and follow-ups with clients for payments and outstanding dues
Prepare and maintain financial reports for management review
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Track expenses and assist in budget management
Coordinate for TDS deductions, tax filings,
and other statutory compliances
Assist in bank reconciliation and audit processes
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
0 to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
Practical knowledge of Tally ERP is mandatory
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation system
Positive communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
