Job Description:
Dadu Medical Center is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, converting leads into customers, and maintaining robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain services
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
Maintain and update customer database
Follow up with leads and existing clients
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Provide accurate information about services and offers
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
Incentives based on performance
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of tele-caller experience (preferred)
Valuable communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Salary: Best in industry + Incentives
Working Hours: 9 hours shift
