Job Description

We are looking for a agile and target-oriented HR BDE to join our recruitment company. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, and generating new recruitment requirements from companies.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent corporate clients for recruitment services.
Connect with HR Managers, Business Owners, and decision-makers to understand their hiring requirements.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, references, and other business development channels.
Explain recruitment services and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new clients.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closures.




Maintain regular follow-ups and update client information in the database/CRM.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Stay updated on market trends and identify potential industries and companies for recruitment services.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in HR Business Development / Recruitment Sales / Staffing Sales / B2B Sales.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Confident in cold calling and client handling.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing company will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring requirements is an advantage.
