It is a very quick-growing brand having customers all across India & abroad. We need staff to work in "The Kantha Store" on 7 Loudon Street (below Fab India Experience Centre), Kolkata - 17

We are looking for a smart and motivated Senior Sales Executive who will:
All Sales Related and assist in daily management of the Store ie, complete functioning related to sales, marketing, and stock management,
Maintaining a record of all sales, customer data, and other necessary information.
Ensure daily management for the smooth running of the Store.
Supporting various operations of the company, such as monthly stock-taking, photoshoots, etc.
Interact regularly with the clients mainly on WhatsApp, Instagram & Facebook.
Answer customer queries and push sales through direct sales and Social media channels.
Assist in the functioning of the e-commerce store – daily sales, customer follow up action and obtaining client feedback.
Assist in maintaining a record of all sales, customer data,



and other necessary information.
Supporting various operations of the company such as monthly stock-taking, photoshoots, etc.

Qualifications of the Staff:-

Graduate; NIFT graduate/diploma preferred

Good written English communication skills

Minimum 3 years' experience in sales in textiles/clothing company

Experience with customer management & interaction

Positive computer knowledge including Word, Excel & email

Experience of working on Inventory Management Software is required.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month( basic salary and additional sales incentive depending on qualifications and performance )
