Key Responsibilities
Manage existing client relationships and ensure timely policy renewals.
Achieve assigned retention, renewal and revenue targets.
Follow up with clients for renewals, pending documents and payments.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Coordinate with insurers and internal teams for quotations, renewals and servicing.
Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate CRM records and process hygiene.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and follow-up reports.
Support client engagement and business growth from the existing portfolio.
Required Skills & Qualification
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
2–4 years of experience in insurance, renewals, retention, sales or relationship management.
Valuable communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented with valuable knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
