Job Opening: HR Executive

Location: Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Maintain candidate and employee records.
Assist with joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
Follow up with selected candidates for joining.
Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Maintain attendance and basic HR reports.





Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any stream.
Freshers and candidates with HR/recruitment experience can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to handle recruitment targets and candidate follow-ups.
Candidates staying near Andheri/Chakala will be preferred.

Salary Range: ₹12,000 to ₹16,000 per month, depending on experience and interview.

Work Location: Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
