Job description:

Key Responsibilities
Operate VTL machines safely and efficiently according to production requirements.
Set up jobs as per drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
Load and unload work pieces using appropriate lifting equipment.
Set and adjust machine parameters, offsets, feeds, and speeds.
Perform tool setting, tool changes, and insert replacements.
Offset corrections to maintain dimensional accuracy.
Maintain production records, inspection reports, and machine logs.
Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.

Required Skills




Knowledge of VTL machine operation and machining processes.
Ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing documents.
Experience with CNC controls (such as FANUC, Siemens, or equivalent).
Knowledge of tool offsets, work offsets, and machining parameters.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (micrometer, vernier caliper, bore gauge, dial indicator, etc.).
Understanding of machining materials and cutting tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
