Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of residential and commercial solar projects, from initial enquiry and planning through execution, commissioning and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of assigned residential & commercial solar projects.
Coordinate and lead the Sales, Design, Execution and Documentation teams.
Manage project planning, scheduling, execution and timely completion.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, technicians and internal teams.
Ensure proper site execution, quality, safety and technical compliance.
Monitor project progress, timelines, resources and deliverables.
Ensure all project-related documents, approvals, drawings, BOQs,
reports and handover documents are completed accurately.
Identify project issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution.
Act as the single point of coordination and ensure smooth project delivery from enquiry to commissioning.

Willingness to learn and manage multiple projects.
Knowledge/interest in solar energy or project management will be an added advantage.
