Academic Counsellor – Study Abroad

Job Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities and suitable study destinations.
Understand students’ academic profiles, career goals, and recommend appropriate courses/universities.
Handle student enquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into admissions.
Provide accurate information about courses, universities, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Build strong relationships with students and guide them throughout the counselling process.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets assigned by management.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and ensure timely conversion.
Coordinate with the processing team for smooth application progression.
Maintain proper records of student interactions and lead status.




Work proactively in a target-oriented and performance-driven setting.

Requirements:
Experience in academic counselling/study abroad is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong student counselling and sales skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Freshers with positive communication and a robust interest in overseas education may also be considered.
