Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
Prepare and record journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare and file GST and TDS returns in compliance with statutory regulations.
Generate invoices and follow up on customer payments.
Process vendor payments and reconcile vendor accounts.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants,



and statutory authorities during audits and assessments.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and taxation.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Salary

Best in the industry, based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
