Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, email, and other channels.
Identify current business opportunities and potential clients.
Contact prospects and understand their business requirements.
Present company services and prepare suitable proposals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
