Manage and supervise a team of around 20 staff members and ensure smooth daily operations.
Plan and manage staff duty schedules, attendance, leave and performance.
Maintain proper staff discipline, grooming, hygiene and teamwork.
Ensure excellent customer service and professional customer interaction.
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick and satisfactory solutions.
Monitor daily sales, identify gaps and implement methods to increase sales.
Control food cost, wastage and unnecessary expenses.
Manage and monitor the staff mess/food system, including portions, consumption and wastage.
Ensure food is prepared according to actual staff requirements and avoid overproduction.
Monitor stock, purchases, inventory and daily consumption.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure proper purchasing at competitive prices.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
Monitor kitchen, dining area and overall Food Court cleanliness.
Prepare and submit daily sales, attendance, stock, food-cost and operational reports.
Train and motivate staff to improve service quality and productivity.
Coordinate with the Operations/Management team regarding daily operational matters.
Identify operational problems and take immediate corrective action.




Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by all staff.
Be available to handle busy periods, weekends and peak business hours when required.
Previous experience as a Food Court Manager / Restaurant Manager / F&B; Supervisor / Operations Manager.
Strong experience in managing a team of 15–20+ staff.
Good knowledge of food cost control, inventory and wastage reduction.
Experience in staff mess/employee food management will be an advantage.
Solid customer-service and communication skills.
Ability to increase sales and improve operational efficiency.
Positive leadership, discipline and problem-solving skills.
Should be hands-on, responsible and capable of working in a fast-paced Kerala food-service setting.
Knowledge of Malayalam and English is preferred.

Key expectation: The selected candidate should be someone who can take ownership of the entire Food Court operation, manage people effectively, control costs and wastage, improve customer experience, and contribute towards increasing sales and profitability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
