Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Techno-Functional Consultant with 7+ years of experience in OTM configuration, customization, integration, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) based on business requirements.
Design, configure, and troubleshoot OTM Agents.
Perform Workbench customization and configuration.
Develop and customize XSL stylesheets.
Troubleshoot XSL and stylesheet-related issues.
Configure and support OTM integrations.
Analyze and troubleshoot integration failures and data-flow issues.
Design OTM solutions and workflows.
Translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.




Provide production support and resolve critical issues.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Prepare technical and functional documentation.
Collaborate with business and technical teams.

Required Skills
7+ years of OTM experience.
Robust hands-on experience in OTM Agent Configuration.
OTM Workbench customization and configuration.
XSL development.
Stylesheet development/customization.
OTM integration setup and troubleshooting.
Workflow and solution design.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
