Restaurant Captain – Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the work of waiters, stewards, and other service staff.
Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service.
Take or oversee customer orders and ensure they are served accurately.
Resolve guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and dining area presentation.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely food and beverage service.
Train, guide, and motivate service staff.
Assign duties and prepare staff schedules when required.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Check food quality and presentation before serving.
Monitor inventory of service equipment and report shortages or damages.
Assist with billing and payment procedures when necessary.
Ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts.
Prepare shift reports and communicate important information to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
