We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Immigration Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding immigration, work permit, PR, study, and visa-related opportunities and assisting them throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries and leads received from the company.
Contact clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable immigration solutions.
Explain available programs, eligibility, process, documentation, and service details.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the processing and documentation teams when required.




Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain skilled relationships with clients and provide valuable customer service.

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and counselling skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Ability to handle client queries and follow-ups effectively.
Basic knowledge of immigration, study abroad, PR, work permit, or visa services is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Previous experience in immigration, education consultancy, or sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
