Job Summary

The Quantity Surveyor/Estimator is responsible for supporting estimators in preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and cost control for interior fit-out and construction projects. The role involves analyzing drawings, preparing BOQs, coordinating with vendors and project teams, and ensuring projects are executed within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities
Study project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior and construction projects.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Support in preparing project budgets and cost plans.
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams.
Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Track variations, additional works, and change orders.
Maintain estimation records, cost databases,



and project documentation.
Assist in project planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year experience
Basic knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Positive analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
