Job Description

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Retail Sales Executive to handle in-store sales, customer interactions, and day-to-day retail sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and understand their requirements.
Explain product features and recommend suitable products.
Handle in-store sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper product presentation and store displays.
Handle billing and basic inventory-related activities.




Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Ensure a positive customer experience at the store.
Support day-to-day retail store operations.

Requirements
Prior retail/fashion sales experience preferred/required.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
Target-oriented and sales-focused approach.
Ability to interact confidently with customers.
Basic understanding of billing and inventory processes.
Willingness to work on a roster basis.
