Job Responsibilities
Manage daily sales, expenses, refunds and returns records.
Maintain and update accounts in Excel or Google Sheets.
Keep proper records of invoices, bills and payments.
Track money received and money paid.
Maintain records of outstanding payments.
Check and correct any differences in accounts.
Prepare easy monthly sales and expense reports.
Create and maintain an easy-to-use Excel accounting system for the company.
Keep all financial records organised and up to date.
Provide basic financial information and reports to management when required.
Requirements
Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive understanding of sales, expenses, refunds and payments.
Good attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage records properly.
Good communication and organisational skills.
