Role: Assistant Architect

Travel: Extensive PAN India travel to school campuses and project sites

Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Assistant Architect with experience in institutional and residential projects. The role involves architectural design, impactful 2D/ 3D drawings, project execution, school infrastructure development, renovation, maintenance, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Create architectural designs, detailed working drawings, and impactful 2D/3D visualizations.
Design and execute current school infrastructure, additional floors, renovations, and refurbishment projects
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and school stakeholders.
Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, technical specifications,



and project bills.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and design specifications.

Requirements:
B.Arch or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
Experience in institutional and residential projects is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools, and MS Office. Experience in design development, site execution, renovation, maintenance, BOQs, and project coordination.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
