About the Role:

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Store Manager who can independently manage the complete operations of our store. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day business activities, supervising staff, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth store operations without requiring constant owner supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Supervise and lead store staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, complaints, and relationship management.
Maintain inventory records, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment.
Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving business targets.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and record maintenance.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.
Maintain store discipline,



cleanliness, and professional standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Identify operational improvements and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store management and wholesale trade.
Robust leadership and customer-communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM Software, and Inventory Management Systems.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of store operations.
Honest, disciplined, and professionally presentable.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
