Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Sales Consultant team.
Monitor daily leads, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Drive monthly sales and booking targets.
Guide the team on product presentation and test drives.
Support lead conversion and retail performance.
Monitor CRM/DMS updates and follow-up compliance.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, PDI, and Delivery teams.
Handle customer concerns and support sales closure.
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Conduct team reviews and performance follow-ups.
Support marketing and customer engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with Mahindra sales processes and SOPs.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
