Job Description / Responsibilities *

· Deciding on proper engineering techniques and milestone sequences for each project stage.

· monitor day-to-day work progress for a project and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports by swiftly communicating potential progress delays or project slippages.

· analyze expenses and identify opportunities to save cost.

· Increase awareness of other project staff regarding providing input, calculations and estimations and comprehension of the output

· Coordination with client and consultant for effective execution of work

· Manpower and resource Scheduling, Cost Estimation for Material and Labour

· Verification and submission of Contractor bills.

· Contracts management and Team Management.

· Conduct inspection and documentation of all executed works.

· Proficiency in designing Single Line Drawings (SLD) of projects.

Desired profile of the candidate *

· Should have valuable knowledge of operations, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Hydrant, Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Detection System.





· Should be well conversant with Fire Rules / norms of PMRDA / MIDC and relevant authority norms.

· Should have good knowledge of AutoCAD. Shall be able to make changes in the drawings as per Site Installation.

· Good Knowledge of Excel and Word (MS Office)

· Valuable Communication. Shall able to explain / justify/ Training of Fire installation to the client.
