Photo Editor – Job Description

Position: Photo Editor

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photo Editor to edit and enhance product, fashion, campaign, and marketing photographs. The candidate should have strong knowledge of photo-editing software and an eye for colour, composition, and visual consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Edit and retouch product and fashion photographs for website, social media, catalogues, and marketing campaigns.
Perform background removal, image cleanup, cropping, resizing, colour correction, and retouching.
Ensure accurate colours, lighting, contrast, sharpness, and image quality.
Retouch models and product images while maintaining a natural and qualified appearance.
Prepare images according to required website, e-commerce, social media, and print specifications.
Maintain consistency in image style, size, background, and quality across all product categories.




Organize and manage edited image files with proper naming and folder structure.
Coordinate with the Photography, Design, E-commerce, and Marketing teams to understand requirements.
Complete assigned image-editing work within agreed timelines.
Review final images for errors before submission or publishing.
Maintain and follow company guidelines for image quality and brand standards.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and preferably Lightroom.
Good understanding of colour correction, masking, layers, clipping paths, and photo retouching.
Knowledge of fashion/product photography editing is preferred.
Good eye for detail and visual presentation.
Ability to handle bulk image-editing assignments.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Basic knowledge of graphic design will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
