Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day branch operations
Lead and motivate the counselling team
Achieve branch admission and revenue targets
Counsel students on international education opportunities
Monitor team performance and improve conversions
Ensure high-quality student service and branch productivity
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in the Study Abroad/Overseas Education industry
Proven experience in admissions counselling and team handling
Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
