Job Summary

Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Associate to support business growth through lead generation, client communication, and sales activities. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting shipping and logistics services, following up on enquiries, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
Contact potential customers and understand their shipping and logistics requirements.
Promote company services and communicate their benefits to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
Maintain accurate customer and lead databases.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for customer requirements.
Support the achievement of monthly sales and business development targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.




Monitor market trends and identify new business prospects.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
Freshers with robust communication and a willingness to learn may apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
