Do you love recruitment—not just coordinating interviews, but actually closing positions?

We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition qualified with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing team.

What you’ll do:
Own end-to-end recruitment — sourcing to joining
Screen candidates & conduct HR interview rounds
Partner with hiring managers on requirements
Drive negotiations & offer closures
Ensure candidates join successfully
Manage offer letters, contracts, NDAs & joining documentation
Maintain recruitment MIS & HR reports

Passion for recruitment
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Robust negotiation & closure skills
Positive Excel/MS Office skills
High ownership, urgency & accountability
A proactive, energetic and persistent approach
Graduate | 2–5 years experience
Mumbai
