About Us

WillStar Media is a fast-growing content company led by The Willpower Star (7M+ followers), producing high-impact YouTube Documentaries, Shorts, and Instagram content watched by millions every month.

We are looking for someone who will take full ownership of our Instagram ecosystem — someone who understands storytelling, audience psychology, and platform trends to help scale our presence strategically.

Role Overview: What You’ll Be Doing
Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels aligned with brand voice and audience interest.
Ideate and conceptualize carousel posts and coordinate with the graphic designer for execution.
Plan and post engaging Instagram Stories that maintain daily engagement and brand personality.
Handle and manage the WhatsApp Channel, sharing updates, insights, and community-focused content.
Maintain consistent posting schedules and content calendar.
Monitor trends and adapt content ideas to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaborate closely with the founder, writers, editors, and design team.

Must-Have Skills
Excellent English and Hindi communication and writing skills.
Solid understanding of Instagram trends, formats, hooks, and audience psychology.




Ability to ideate content that drives engagement and retention.
Creative thinking with a structured execution mindset.
Familiarity with content niches like business, geopolitics, self-improvement, psychology, and storytelling.
Organized and proactive with strong ownership mindset.

Valuable to Have
Experience managing or growing an Instagram page or personal brand.
Understanding of storytelling frameworks for short-form content.
Basic understanding of analytics and engagement metrics.
Experience working with creators or digital content teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:
Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
Creative writing: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
