Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of cataract patients.
Perform phacoemulsification and cataract surgeries with positive surgical outcomes.
Conduct pre-operative assessment and post-operative follow-up.
Manage routine and complicated cataract cases and ensure appropriate surgical planning.
Coordinate with OT, nursing and clinical teams for smooth surgical operations.
Ensure proper clinical documentation and adherence to hospital protocols.
Counsel patients and attendants regarding surgery, IOL options, precautions and follow-up.
Support clinical training and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:
MS / DNB / DOMS or equivalent qualification in Ophthalmology.
10+ years of experience in Ophthalmology with significant experience in Phaco/Cataract Surgery.
Candidates with experience in reputed eye care hospitals will be strongly preferred.
Solid surgical skills, clinical judgment and patient counseling abilities.
Leadership and team coordination skills will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹621,855.31 - ₹1,844,983.09 per year
