Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth and business development across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base across Pune.
Manage and maintain solid relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Conduct regular market visits and analyse competitor activities.
Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reports.




Monitor sales targets and take corrective actions to improve performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in sales and business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Robust knowledge of the Pune market and customer network.
Experience in managing sales teams and channel partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel for market visits.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
