We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager/Sales Manager
to join our team and handle sales activities across the Saurashtra & Kutch regions of Gujarat.
The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in fire & safety equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
· Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
· Conduct regular customer visits and promote company products and services.
· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
· Manage customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
· Conduct minimum 10 days of field visits per month across the Saurashtra & Kutch regions.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
· Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
· Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Candidate Profile:
· Minimum 4–5 years of relevant sales experience.
· Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively across Saurashtra & Kutch.
· Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
· Valid driving licence and willingness to undertake regular field travel would be an advantage.
