Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors and plants for orders, production, rates, and dispatch updates.
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.
Follow up for order confirmations, production status, artwork, and deliveries.
Maintain Product Status, PO, FMS, and delivery tracking sheets.
Coordinate for Challan, Tax Invoice, COA, product photographs, and samples.
Handle regular communication through Email, WhatsApp, and phone.

Requirements:
1+ year experience in Purchase/Vendor Coordination.
Pharma industry experience preferred.
Valuable communication, follow-up, and MS Excel skills.




Strong coordination and documentation abilities.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
