Job Title: Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and responsible Receptionist to manage our front office and provide excellent support to visitors, customers, and employees. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors, customers, and candidates professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and direct them to the concerned person.
Manage front-office activities and maintain a professional reception area.
Receive and respond to general enquiries from customers and visitors.
Maintain visitor records and basic office registers.
Receive, sort, and distribute courier, postal, and other documents.
Coordinate with different departments for visitor and customer requirements.
Assist HR and administration with basic documentation and office activities.
Maintain records and update basic data using MS Office/Excel.




Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings when required.
Perform other front-office and administrative duties assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications:
Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
Freshers can apply; experience in Receptionist / Front Office / Admin is an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel.
Good Tamil communication is required.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Pleasant personality and skilled attitude.
Ability to handle visitors, calls, and multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Candidate:
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates residing in or around Thiruvannamalai are preferred.
Good customer-service and communication skills.

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
Job Location: Thiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
