Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and demonstrate biomedical/medical equipment at customer locations.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of medical equipment.
Diagnose technical problems and carry out troubleshooting and repairs.
Attend customer service calls and resolve issues within the required timeline.
Conduct regular inspection and performance checks of equipment.
Maintain service reports, installation reports, and preventive maintenance records.
Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements and equipment issues.
Provide basic training and technical guidance to customers/operators.
Coordinate with the service team and suppliers for technical issues and spare parts.
Maintain proper records of spare parts, service activities, and equipment history.
Travel to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and customer locations as required.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Electronics, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in biomedical equipment servicing preferred.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Salary: As per experience and company standards
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
