We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HVAC/VRF Project Sales Manager to join our team for complete HVAC project sales, with solid expertise in VRF/VRV systems.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new HVAC/VRF project enquiries in Kolkata and surrounding areas
Develop relationships with MEP Consultants, Architects, Builders, Developers & HVAC Contractors
Identify upcoming commercial, hospital, hotel, residential and industrial projects
Prepare and coordinate BOQ, technical proposals and quotations
Handle techno-commercial discussions and negotiations
Follow projects from enquiry stage through order finalisation
Coordinate with design, estimation and execution teams
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts
Follow up for orders and payments

Candidate Profile
5–10 years of relevant HVAC Project Sales experience




Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV air-conditioning systems
Experience in complete HVAC project sales will be preferred
Good understanding of VRF, AHU, FCU, ducting and ventilation systems
Existing contacts with consultants, architects, contractors and developers will be a solid advantage
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Should be capable of independently developing business and closing projects
Kolkata market experience preferred
