The ideal candidate will possess expertise in end-to-end BGV processes and demonstrate solid vendor management capabilities. Excellent communication skills are considered a valuable asset for this position.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) process.Maintain and analyze Background Verification Management Information System (MIS) reports.Coordinate effectively with vendors and employees to ensure the timely clearance of Background Verification (BGV) checks.Required Skills:Proficiency in managing the end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) process.Demonstrated ability in vendor management.Nice to Have Skills:Possession of good communication skills.
