Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products, services, offers, and promotions clearly. Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information. Handle customer questions and objections professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.



Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Requirements Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and pleasant telephone manner. Basic knowledge of sales and marketing. Ability to convince and engage customers. Tamil and English communication skills preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply.
