Business Development Manager – Yana IVF Hospital

Job Description:

Develop and implement strategies to increase hospital and IVF centre revenue.

Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and referral partners.

Generate new leads and referral opportunities for IVF and fertility treatments.

Conduct doctor/clinic visits, meetings, camps, and other business development activities.

Promote IVF, fertility, and other hospital services to potential patients and referral partners.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new prospects.

Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.

Coordinate with the counselling, marketing, and clinical teams to improve patient conversions.

Prepare regular reports on leads, referrals,



conversions, and revenue.

Support both indoor and outdoor marketing activities and fertility awareness programs.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in a hospital/healthcare/IVF sector.

Hospital or IVF experience is preferred.

Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented and willing to travel for field activities.

Good knowledge of the local healthcare and referral market.
