Job description : Civil Engineer / Electrical Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil/Structural Engineer specializing in overhead transmission lines. In this role, you will be responsible for the structural analysis, design, routing, and foundation engineering for high-voltage transmission line projects (69kV to 500kV+). You will collaborate closely with electrical engineers, project managers, survey teams, and field construction crews to ensure protected, cost-effective, and compliant infrastructure delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering & Structural Design




Perform structural analysis and design for transmission line support structures, including lattice steel towers, tubular steel poles, concrete poles, and wood structures.
Design deep and shallow foundations (e.g., drilled shafts, spread footings, micropiles, pad and chimney) based on geotechnical data and loading conditions.
Conduct line optimization, structure spotting, clearance analysis, and sag-tension calculations using PLS-CADD and related software modules (PLS-TOWER, PLS-POLE).
Prepare detailed engineering calculations, technical reports, design criteria, and structural specifications.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
