Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations at our Delhi office. Our business specializes in turnkey interior fit-outs and custom furniture solutions, so the ideal candidate must understand the fast-paced nature of hiring specialized talent—from project managers and interior designers to skilled labor—while maintaining robust organizational culture, compliance, and employee relations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring: Source, interview, and onboard talent tailored to interior fit-out and furniture projects, including Interior Designers, Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement Specialists, Cost Estimators, and skilled site supervisors.
Contractor & Vendor Workforce Coordination: Manage labor compliance, onboard third-party vendors/contractors, and ensure smooth headcount management across project sites and factory floors.
Employee Onboarding & Training: Conduct structured onboarding programs and organize role-specific training in safety standards, site compliance, sales, and software tools.
Performance Management: Execute quarterly and annual performance review systems,
defining clear KPI frameworks for both office teams and field project teams.
HR Operations & Payroll: Manage monthly attendance, leave records, site allowances, and payroll processing in coordination with finance.
Statutory Compliance & Legal: Ensure full compliance with Delhi NCR labor laws, Factory Act requirements, Minimum Wages, PF, ESI, and safety norms for both office and site personnel.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Build team morale, resolve employee grievances, and foster a cooperative, productive work environment across corporate and field offices.
Requirements & Skills
4–7+ years of HR experience, preferably in Interior Design, Fit-out, Construction, Architecture, or Furniture Manufacturing sectors.
Robust knowledge of labor laws and site workforce management in the Delhi/NCR region.
Proven track record in sourcing technical, creative, and project leadership roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
