Job Summary:
We are looking for a Learning & Development professional responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills, communication, and overall performance. The role will focus on onboarding, spoken English and communication training, role-based skill development, and continuous learning initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for current hires.
Conduct spoken English, communication, and soft skills training sessions.
Develop training content, materials, and learning modules based on business needs.
Assess training needs across departments and recommend suitable learning interventions.
Conduct role plays, mock calls, and practical training sessions to improve performance.
Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback and coaching.
Track training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback.
Work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.




Support continuous learning culture across the organization.

Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to train large batches and manage group dynamics.
Robust coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
Practical understanding of workplace communication and customer-facing roles.
Organized, proactive, and performance-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, English, Education, or related field.
Experience in Learning & Development, training, or corporate coaching.
Experience in spoken English or communication training preferred.
Experience handling bulk hiring onboarding or high-volume training environments is an advantage.
